Types of Communication:


                                        There are two types of communication that can be used in data transmission.


Wire-based communication:


                                                                         A types of communication in which data is transmitted from one devices to another using physical transmission medium is called wire-based communication. Different physical media are twisted pair cable , coaxial and fiber optic. It requires installation of cables and connecting different devices with the cables.



                                                   Wire-based communication



Wireless communication:


                                                                    A types of communication in which data is transmitted from one devices to another using wireless transmission medium is called wireless communication. Different wireless media are radio waves , microwaves and and infrared etc. The wireless communication is more convenient than wire-based communication.

Properties of Good communication System:


                                                                   The important properties of a good data communication system are as follows:


  Delivery:


                 The communication system must delivery data to the correct destination. A good communication system makes sure that data is received by intended devices or use.
